Trentham Gardens and Adventure Play - For the Kids

You’ll love our new and improved Adventure Playground situated inside the Western part of the Italian Gardens, bigger and better than ever before. Now including the Barfuss Park, Britain’s first and only Barefoot walk, take your shoes and socks off and walk along a pathway of varying textures including sand, mud and even fir cones, for an experience that is truly tactile on the toes! Together with the new JCB track, you won’t find a better day out!

 

Or you can explore our new “Hide and Speak” hedge maze. Enter if you dare, and find your way up to the Viewing Mound to see your way out!

There’s also plenty to do outside the Gardens, not forgetting of course the exciting Monkey Forest at the southern end of the Estate. This gives you a unique chance to get up close to the monkeys and watch as they climb the trees and chase each other through the branches.

 

In addition, we also have Aerial Extreme situated next to the Monkey Forest. For the older children, swing, climb and slide from tree to tree up to 40 feet above the forest floor.
